A "POST" is an addition to your blog. To post to your blog, go to the Dashboard (sign in or click the Orange B) and Click New Post on the left side under your blog's name.
Be sure the Edit HTML Tab is selected.
Add a title.
Add the text to be in your blog.
Click the Orange Box Publish Post
View Your Blog
